LaborX is a blockchain-based employment platform that helps clients and freelancers communicate.
There are two ways to organize work on LaborX: Jobs and Gigs.
Jobs allows employers to post specific tasks or jobs that they need to fill. Users can then view them and apply for them if they have the skills and experience they need.
Gigs are popular and well-defined tasks offered by freelancers that employers can view and purchase at a fixed price.
